THINGS TO BRING ON YOUR FISHING TRIP
The following is an overview of things you will need and things we recommend you bring on your fishing trip with us. If you have any other questions or concerns please contact us !
YOU WILL NEED A CURRENT NEW YORK STATE FISHING LICENSE for the day or days you'll be fishing . The licenses can be purchased online or at one of the local tackle stores in our area. If you are arriving late the evening before your trip i suggest you buy the license online , as many of our tackle stores close around 8pm most of the year.
SALMON RIVER DRIFTBOAT AND WADE TRIPS
SALMON / STEELHEAD / BROWN TROUT
1. Current New York State fishing license for the days you'll be fishing
2. Waders , preferably chest waders with felt or spike soles .
Regular rubber soles are very slippery on our rivers.
3. Polarized sunglasses , preferably amber in color.
4. Dress Appropriately ! I cannot stress this enough .
Cold weather requires layers of clothing such as fleece or wool.
Bring your rain jackets and rain gear , we do not cancel due to rain showers
5. Bring a cooler or storage container for your catch .
We have local fish cleaners that can fillet your catch after our trip if you choose
to keep your fish .
6. Bring any snacks or beverages you may want enjoy on your trip.
7. We supply all the fishing rods, reels & bait, but if you have a favorite fishing rod
at home feel free to bring it along.
